Healing Generational Trauma Support Group

Inspired by the book Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents the intention of this group is to provide a healing space to reflect on the impact of unmet childhood needs, heal parental wounds and support one another with breaking the cycle of generational trauma. Together we will venture forward in life and relationships with intentional, emotional maturity.

Reading the book is recommended but not required to participate.

Every First Tuesday of the Month from 4-5pm

$20 per session.
